Globally Connected

Princess Yachts iPad app

The Challenge

With a distributor network spanning over 150 locations globally, Princess have always had a challenge in supporting their dealers globally and meeting their local needs. Centred around a vast worldwide dealership structure, the brand wanted to ensure the sales process was consistent, current and correct regardless of location.

Our Solution

We created an enterprise iPad application to connect the global network of dealers and solve their local issues.

We focused on creating an experience that was simple to navigate while at the same time able to deliver a wide variety of engaging content from beautful video to 360° imagery powered by the iPad's internal gyro.

Rounding off the project our bespoke CMS allows the client to control access to the application at an individual iPad level while also maintaining its content easily and efficiently.

GLOBAL ADOPTION

Initially launched to 10 key dealers worldwide. Now distributed to more than 300 dealers as their primary sales tool.

AN IMPORTANT FIRST STEP

A surge of digital appetite within the network for more digital tools that will further help them with all sales activities.

COMMUNITY

Creation of a true dealership community, who feel a part of the Princess Yachts' overall vision while still supported in their individual goals.

FLEXIBLE & SCALABLE

A scalable, flexible solution that allows content to be pushed out across the dealership network from one central source. A strict content workflow means that consistency is firmly controlled by HQ.

COST EFFECTIVE

The success of the platform has accelerated the retirement of a large amount of printed collateral. Directly reducing marketing budgets, while at the same time increasing the currency of the content in dealers' hands.
